LEADERSHIP

Langston Masingale

Executive Director and Founder.

"Creating safe, 'nutrient-rich' spaces for the professional growth of POC in our field, is the single most needed requirement for success in the 21st century.

Creating the change architecture for this long over-due transformation is paramount.  I know that within the arteries of our resilient communities, lies the seeds of agency and the promise of immense technological innovation and new sustainable industries."
